Raw LOVE Tart!
Ingredients
CRUST:
1/2 c almonds, ground
pinch of himalayan sea salt
4 dates
1 T coconut nectar (agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup)
FILLING:
6 dates
3 T coconut water
2 T cashews
1.5 t cacao powder
6 almonds, for garnish
Methods/steps
Grind almonds in food processor add other ingredients until sticky.
take tart shells and place plastic wrap so they will be easy to pop out. Next make the filling by putting everything in the blender and blending until smooth.
refrigerate overnight. top with almonds and enjoy!
