Chocolate Mint Coconut Milkshake
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ cups Luna and Larry’s Coconut Bliss Vanilla Island
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 12 Mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon Spirulina
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Nibs
- 1 cup of Ice (optional)
Methods/steps
1) Place all ingredients except Raw Cacao Nibs in blender and blend until smooth.
2) Add cacao nibs and ice cubes and blend until ground. Garnish with Mint.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1/2 bag frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbs coconut powder
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- vanilla stevia to taste
- enough water to blend, approx 1/2 cup
- Top w/ blueberry & bananas

Hi! Thanks for the recipe! I made them today and LOVE them! I grunod my flour the night before and soaked it in buttermilk for about 20 hours before I completed the recipe. I also had no maple syrup so I subbed honey, and then I used sucanat (straight up evaporated cane juice hard to find even in health food stores, but I buy through a coop) instead of the brown sugar. I made a quick cinnamon glaze that I googled, just to spread on top warm out of the oven to give the kids a little bit more fun (I liked the glaze, too, but I only glazed a few tonight and for breakfast for them tomorrow all the rest are for my runs, so I didn’t glaze those ) Anyway, I think next time I’d use more chia seeds because they wouldn’t be bad with more I think, and they’re so good for you Thanks again!!
