4 frozen bananas
6 medjool dates
4 TbspCacao Powder

Use a food processor and blend the frozen bananas and dates until mixed but not smooth. Next, toss in your cacao powder, and continue to blend your mixture until you reach an ice cream like consistency. If you want to make these cute tiny ice cream scoops like you see in the picture, use a rounded Tablespoon, and top off with your favourite topping.
