- 3/4 Cup RAW Cacao Powder
- 1 3/4 Cup Organic Coconut Oil
- 3/4 Cup Sweetener (RAW honey, Coconut Nectar, Agave or Yacon Syrup)
(optional: 1 cayenne pepper, 4 drops lavender oil*, 1 inch fresh peeled ginger)
*use care selecting essential oils as not all oils are food grade.
Liquefy coconut oil by placing the jar under warm running water. Pour into blender with sweetener and additional flavoring and blend until smooth. Add Cacao Powder and blend. Pour into molds (available at housewares stores) and freeze until solid.
