Here's a tantalizing raw vegan soup to try, so easy and so yummy!
ELF Tongue Thai soup
1 large fresh young coconut
1 heaping TBLS ELF Almond Butter
2 TBLS Nama Shoyu
1/2 tsp Jalapeño
1 small heirloom tomato
10-15 ELF raw black botija olives
1 tsp ELF Himalayan Sea Salt
Slice off top of coconut. Pour milk into (high speed) blender caraffe.
Scoop out all the coconut meat and add in caraffe. Mix in all other
ingredients and blend on high until creamy. Pour into two soup bowls.
Mix tomatoes, olives and salt in blender on high until creamy pour into
the center of the soup for color variance and flavor.
