Raw and Easy Sun-dried Tomato Hummus



This is perfect as dip. Easy to make, just as easy to EAT. Versatile, healthy and yummy! Dip your favorite veggies or smear generously on your favorite sprouted grain sandwiches or pastas!
Ingredients:
* 3 cups of sprouted chickpeas, drained (garbanzo beans)
(to sprout your chickpeas use 2 to 3 times more water than you are sprouting, soak in water for 8-12 hours, drain then soak again for another 8-12 hours, once you have done that check the consistency if they are still not soft, soak another 4-5 hours)
* 1/4 cup olive oil
*1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil or rehydrated
*1/4 cup of raw spicy olives
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 2 tbsp water
* 1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt or yeast flakes
Process all ingredients in a food processor or Vitamix blender until smooth, adding more liquid if needed.
