The bright white color of these cashews is proof that they have never been heated or scorched. They are even hand-cracked to avoid damage by heat from mechanical processing.
Do a taste test and you'll find that other cashews, even those that are steamed, will have a cloying, oily taste. But the Bali cashews have a clean crunch like a fresh, vibrant fruit or vegetable.
