We pureed our crisp and juicy Green Botija Olives into a creamy hummus recipe, which works great for a quick, healthy snack. Cured with only sea salt and spring water, the olives gave the hummus a tangy kick to a very simplistic dish.
- Chickpeas, 1 can
- 7 Green Botija Olives (add more if preferred)
- 3 T Tahini
- 3 T Olive Oil (more for garnishing)
- ½ C Water
- Dash of Pink Himalayan Salt
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- Place all ingredients in Nutribullet. Pulse until desired consistency.
