  • 1/2 a frozen banana
3 frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop of Essential Living Foods Superfood Smoothie Mix
  • Ice water or milk of choice (Unsweetened Coconut was used here)

Top with:

  • Essential Living Foods Goji Berries and Mulberries
  • Blueberries
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Hemp heart

  • Chia seeds
  • Slivered almonds
  • Cinnamon
